[Resolved] Capital First — money deducted from my savings account after cleared all the loan 7 months ago.

Dear capital ft,
I am writing to formally notifies you that i had an account in capital first loan which was terminated after full payment of loan.
The loan ac no was 3380546 which i have cleared all the loan. Please go through the noc attached in the mail. Now my complaint is that why rs. 99 was deducted from my bank account. I have also attached my bank statement.

I shall be highly obliged if you take the necessary action to solve this problem and revert my money in my account.

As you mentioned in Consumer complaint site that your team want to contact with me in my no [protected] but your are not able to reach in this no.

But I got an text message from capital ft that the deducted amount will credited in my bank ac within one working days. Now my concern is why you deducted my money from my saving A/C after clearing all the loan amount almost 8 months ago?
I hope this will not happen again as I have no new pending loan or any terms with you and also I have NOC paper after the cleared loan. I shall be highly obliged if you are take this necessary action regarding this mistake.
