[Resolved]  Capital First — Not giving noc and trying to threatening with advocate

I had a loan for my TV purchase with this Capital First finance company. It was not taken direct it is organized by Ideal home appliances. The payment mode was ECS and mentioned date for the payment is 5th. But on the first payment onwards they try to debit the payment from my bank on 4th. I have deposited the payment on Bank at 5th and Capital first continuous this bad game to collect the bouncing charge. After 2 or 3 months their executive called me and informed that i have to pay the two thousand some thing for bouncing charge. I said i cant because already deposited on the correct date. So they agreed and i prefer them to collect the amount by using collection agent in future i am not going to use that bank account. From next month onwards executive comes and collect the payment but in the same time Capital first send the ECS to bank and added bouncing charge to my account. I didnt know about this because i was not used that account after i gave information to them. When one EMI was pending their executive called me and informed several time will come to collect that amount but they didn't came. I have tried to call back but he didnt responded. When customer care executive called to intimate the pending EMI amount i informed them to i have the amount please collect it and issue the NOC. But didn't send any executive and some other executives called some time and repeated the same. After 6 months or 1 year one advocate called me and said you have pending EMI so they are going to register case. I explained all the details to him and he said please pay a settlement amount of 1800Rs and he will send the NOC in 45 days. I have paid the payment in 1 hour and send the receipt to him. But he didnt send the NOC. When i follow up him he send a Receipt with No EMI due. But after 1.5 to 2 years just 2 days back again another advocate called from Delhi and claiming the same. He is again saying i have one EMI due, i have tried to explain many time i dont have any due to and i have all the documents with me. But he is only saying i have one EMI due i need to pay that or they will register "money cheating" case. It is not a bug amount 1300Rs but why i should pay again this amount after cleared all the EMI with the company. He said he will send the NOC in 15 mts once i paid this 1300Rs and send the receipt. I also contacted their customer care and send all the document for the proof. They still not responded and Advocate is not ready to wait. So i am again going to pay the amount for this bad company and try to collect the NOC. Please any one don't try to collect any financial service with this company because they are that much unprofessional company and they are trying to threatening with their advocates. I will try to complaint to next level for this.

Hi,

I have already contacted your customer care via phone and email with all proof documents and again your advocate collect 1333Rs from me. I will write to this mentioned email id about my concern and if you cant clear this case i will definitely forward this case to next level
