[Resolved]  Capital First — NOT RETURNING MY ADVANCED INSTALLMENTS OF LOAN

My name is Brahampal Singh My loan account no with capilal first is 2143601. DEAR SIR / MAM The date of fund of Rs 2334 is deducted on 5th of each month. But they have not deducted this fund on 5 OCT-2014. On this date there was suficient fund. They have deducted this later. After that they have send there agent to take Rs 2334. I have paid this amt to their agent. But again they have deducted this amount from my account after two days by ecs. Now they are not returning my extra installment back to me. They are deducted 800 Rs for non sufficient fund but I have sufficient fund on 5 oct-2014 deduction date I have prof in my Passbook entry.
