[Resolved] Capital First — Payment not deducted, after that charging 1200 penalty

Dear sir,

My loan no is c5641274, i paid all the emi on time, always u deduct the emi from my pnb account, but this time emi not deducted, i dont know why, i have proper balance in my account, but it is overdue, now as per you, you are charging 1200 penalty charges, that is too much high, kindly check and resolve all the issue.

If you will charge this amount then how, any customer can faith on on your customer service,
