Multiple issues not one. Do not know where should i start with. Initially, i wanted to swap my ach, sent documents multiple. Times no response but keep on charging the bouncing charges. I got it reverted finally in march 2020. Then it's lockdown. Opted for maritorioum. They presented a unknown amount of 5600₹ to my savings account without my knowledge. Then in september, amount was there however processed ₹590 for 9 times plus 5600₹ do not know for what. Called customer service which is charged line with increased price. Customer service could not explianed me and spent ₹15. Wrote multiple emails, twitted them, no response.in this pandemic when i am jobless still trying to meet my obligations but on top of it their collection calls omg threatening tyagi, akriti too rude.. Tum paisa kha gaye.. I asked send me email and akrity said you will get calls all the day... Wow.. It's harrassment.. I am stuck with this bank and want to know my rights and want to sue them.
