[Resolved] Capital First — query on unnecessary charges for loan account no : 12647669 & 12710077 | |||
Hi Team, Apart from EMI payment, I have been charged additional Rs118(Twice) getting deducted from my savings Account(Axis). I am NOT sure what is the reason for this?, however its not reflected in both Loan Account statement. Could provide explanation on this! Loan Account No 12647669 Loan Account No 12710077 Ideally I need to know the reason and want my money back. As it was communicated to be interest free loan on the purchase of two Products loan.
