[Resolved] Capital First — received fraudulent message regarding loan payment | |
Hi team, This is to bring to you notice that i have received the following message yesterday - An amt of rs.1600 is overdue on your loan account 287474 towards penal charges. Debit for rs.1600 will happen on 30th may18 from your bank account-capitalfirst I would like to inform you that i have never taken a loan from your company and infact this is the first time im hearing about your company! I have not authorised any payments to anyone so kindly look into this and apprehend the fraud person (S) who are doing this as i have seen posts from other consumers regarding this same issue and it seems like you guys have not taken any action so far!
