[Resolved] Capital First — regarding bounce charges | |||
Sir/mam, my loan Num: 11296896, in dec 2017 i have applied a form with cheque and bank details for changing my bank to another bank in R S Puram branch, Coimbatore. In that form they mention from Jan 1, 2018 onwards cheque will be passed in new bank but cheque was passed in old bank thank god i got your msg that pls maintain loan amount in this bank so i transfrred cash to old bank bt in feb i received your msg that loan will be passed to my old bank so i maintained cash in that bank but you have passed checque in my new bank which i given to change in dec. now you have charged me bouce charge of rs.400 how can i pay this was your mistake without information or msg you have passsed loan to that bank i have you msg which says to maintain cash in my old bank account and in you capital first app also shows my old bank details i also mailed this to your email your customer helpline is always busy so i cant reach you via phone pls look into this or i'll make a complaint against your company along with your msg. thank you Was this information helpful? | |||
