Reminder To The Manager, Capital First. Sub: Cheated on interest rate with false commitment. Dear Sir / Madam, As my loan agreement no is. 15533882. Dated 29-May-2018. Car no. PB 10 CC 0058. I have applied for used Car loan through your agent Mr. Gaurav Behl Phone no.[protected] & Mr. Harmeet Singh Virk Phone no. [protected]. In our meeting he has committed me interest rate of 11.5%. When I have received Welcome letter I was shocked to find that I have been cheated with false commitment. I have checked the interest rate charged is 14 %. Due to false commitment of agent I have to bear heavy loss. If I would have known such a high rate of interest I would have never applied for Ioan.
