[Resolved] Capital First — submission of emi cheque twice in a month and caused to bounce other emi cheque of tvs motors.

Sir, i with the cfl customer id no 3341092 have to pay the emi amount of rs2500.00p on 5th sep17. I kept more than the sufficient amount on 5th opening balance. But i received a message that cfl cheque was bounced. I queried at my home sbi branch and near by cfl branch bezcircle, vijayawada. The concern costumer representative convinced me that it was wrong message. I agreed with him. On 7.09.17 i have to pay another company emi. I kept the sufficient amount in my ac. Today i. E 07.09.17 11.56am i received a message that the cfl emi amount rs2500.00p was debited again. Which lead to bounce the emi cheque of another company. I am totally upset about it. I hope that you will understand my problem and will take necessary action against the damage done to me bcz of cfl management.
