Capital First — threatening and misbehaving | |||
IDFC first bank loan No[protected] of RS 4550(EMI) for 8 months. Terrible behavior from the callers. They don’t know how to behave . I have missed this november’s payment due to some personal issues. Some guy visited my mother who is a old lady and a single mother and threatened her. I don’t stay with her because of my studies I got very worried cause he caused lots of trouble and very bad behavior (felt like a was taking to goons ). I already informed them I will be paying whatever is the amount next month together. But I am really disappointed with their service as if people are running away with their money. They just doesn’t want to listen to a simple thing. Such harassment is intolerable from capital first. I want to provide the number of the person who visited my home [protected](Rajkumar I think his name was) I want strict actions against this person and the customer services should fired this kind of callers.
