[Resolved]  Capital First — tried to debit my account without my consent

I took a Consumer durable loan for an AC and submitted a cheque with ECS form, but the ECS got rejected due to so called “mandate reason“ and I had to pay it manually, the I asked for the specific reason but none of your employee could answer this. Then I marked a mail to the nodal officer and they said that its due to signature mismatch however my bank manager said that capital first never tried any ECS on that day.

Anyways, nodal officer told me that I can give a new ECS form to the local branch and all will be sorted. Then my father visited the branch near me and submitted the new ECS form along with 2 cheques(1 cancelled and 1 for my next EMI) but again I got a call from your executive that ECS is rejected by your bank and you can pay the EMI online, so I did the same and paid it on the same day. Wondering that you should have used that cheque first but what happened next was shocking.

7 days after paying my EMI capital first again charged my account with the same cheque and for the EMI which I had already paid online.

Now when I asked for the reason for the rejection of ECS, Nodal’s reply was the same copy pasted answer that rejected due to signature mismatch and when they sent me the ECS form, it was the same old ECS form they were using instead of the new submitted at the Local branch.
Now, I am being penalized by my bank for Bounce cheque and its also showing in Capital first a charge of 400 Rs.
And when I asked for the reason of all this from Nodal officer, he gave me TAT of 7-8 days. Come ‘on man its not a rocket science am asking about your own organization and you want 7 days.

Because these organisations are just there to fill their empty stomachs and get the money out of consumers pocket anyhow.

even after sending all the proofs and docs. they said sorry we could not help you in this matter its your fault
