With reference to agreement no - 9720621 i had paid emi online by using capotalfirst app on 1st agust 2017 and had mail from capitalfirst saying sucessfull payment..but they deducted emi from my idbi account on 5th agust 2017.
When i have paid and sent mail why did they deducted the amount again.
Not only this, there number[protected] is not working and no one is responding on customer. [protected]@capfirst.com.please find atached below
I need reversal of duplicate emi of agust 2017 which they deducted from my account.
