[Resolved] Capital First — unblock my card

Hi team, My loan # is 12412387 & 12417925. I do not have any late payments on my loan. I have also cleared 4 payments of your loan. Today i am surprised to see that my card (Card# 4977198), has been temporarily blocked for no reason. When i contacted capital one customer care, the customer care agent and the supervisor spoke very rudely, they do not have any answer other than "blocked for internal purposes for 90 days". I need an answer, i need my card activated, i am in need of another consumer product. Kindly help to activate my card asap. As you have noticed i have no late payments on my loans.
