Using abusive language
Dear sir,
Regarding payment issues capital first employees using abusive language and totally miss behaviour using valger words.
We are registered complaint against capital employees mr. Suraj land-line no. [protected]
In the capital first customer care complaint id is 04127775 date 12/07/2017 my humble request to you kindly see this mater otherwise we are go in consumer court and local police complaints again your company.

You atleast get calls from a landline number, I hear abuses from people calling from Mobile phones and standing in middle of the traffic and threatening me that they are just on their way to my home. (I have just missed my emi due date by some days)
