I have applied for PL from Capital First - It been more than 10 days and still their customer service says its under process. No use of customer service. if we call their 1 number, they ask to call another number. I don't think Capital first is a customer centric number. All verification are positive and Credit manager also called regarding the same. But nothing is happening afterwards. I am happy that I haven't given cheque's till now otherwise I will be in a mess. I think this is only the NBFC which take a month to approve the loan Was this information helpful? | |||||
