Capital Float — Capital float deducted amount twice even after making payment

An amount of 3800 was due on 5th of aug 21 against my Amazon Pay Later bill.
I made it on 5th of aug manually but they again deducted amount on 6th aug and 9th aug.
Attempted to resolve via calls and emails but there services are so pathetic.
