Capital Float — Charging me even after debts cleared

I have paid my entire debt to Capital float and they are still showing that I haven't paid and putting interest on it again and again. My entire credit score is dead now, I won't be able to get any credit from anywhere for 2 or more years. And their customer care! They are dead people, nobody is there for customer's help.
