Capital Float — Loan cleared but submitted to CIBIL as loan due

I had taken loan from Capital float & cleared everything for which I have received an email too on the same but these agents have submitted to the CIBIL stating that my loan is due.
This is totally Unfair and not right on their part to do this to a customer.

Need action on this immediately.
