I have purchased a product from a website using the pay later facility of capital float which initially took the first EMI of Rs 533, later due to the delay in the delivery i had to cancel the product before the delivery. I have been mailing them to inform about the same for a couple of weeks now and i had been denied the refund stating there is some technical problem.
