I have been using pay later on Amazon. Axio(Capital Float) is the lending partner.
I had a due amount of Rs.2721 for Oct to be paid within 5th Nov 2022. I had paid it on 4th Nov but again on 5th Nov I got debited with the same amount of Rs.2721.
Twice I got charged.
I tried to contact customer support but they could only be contacted through Whatsapp. Very bad support process as I could not connect with any agents. Later one person reached out but could not help me resolve my issue. And repeatedly told me I will get refund on 13th Nov.
My problem is why am I charged twice and why will I have to wait such long to get my money back. Reason was also beacause of Axio doing wrong deductions.
