[Resolved]  Capitol Overseas Consultants — Provide work visa in canada

According to Mr. Sumit Ghedia, we told him that the maximum processing time for Canada process is Six months.But after 2 months, he told us that he want to quit his process due to this reason because he asked same thing to us 10 times in a day and repeating same thing .For your information, his call time near about 8:00 PM to 10:30 PM, as you know this is a immigration office not a call center that anytime or everyone is available for him to resolve his queries.For your information, our company dealing with Gulf countries, Malaysia, ESTONIA, Australia, Tourist visa, Student visa.We always have queries and issues regarding this.

According to Sumit Ghedia, On 16th June 2016 he told us that he want to cancelled his process, so according to his commitment we told him that sir please send a mail in which this term is mentioned that you want to quit your process and on 20th June 2016 we received a mail from him and gave a Company's current account Cheque with in 2 working days it shows that we refund his payment according to commitment. And a thing is that Who told him that he will get his intimate letter from Canada job bank?Its not our Company process. Many Clients were running with us and they had no doubts regarding this.We don't know why Mr. Ghedia goes wrong with himself and also with us? According to our process, after 45 days we received information from our Canadian colleagues obviously that information should be on our letter head.So please tell me...MR. Sumit Ghedia ! How we cheated you? Please clarify us.

Is this your intimate latter..? Without signed and stamped ..? Without date ..? Wrong details of passport number against my name ..
How can so called immigration agency can be careless..?

I am not satisfied with you as per given your replied bellow.because when I am applying my process.mr Sandeep Kumar said me about prossesing time 6 month but first when you pay prossesing charge 24500/-.after 45 days we will sending you intimate latter & I will pay in my bank account via NEFT dated of 17/4/2016 & after 45 days they told me within a week you can get intimate latter & after still I am waiting 20 days. but after I am still calling in day time morning to evening but each and every time not received my call because Mr Sandeep Kumar is very busy person they don't have time to pick call.after I decided will complain against him & now they clearyfie our here ..but Mr Sandeep Kumar I don't won't any kind of clearyfication just I want my money back & his also given me a company cheque but dated of 23/09/2016 & amount was 18500/- so Mr Sandeep Kumar tell me how I can wait longer time to take my payment ?
Because I don't have trust in you
So Mr Sandeep Kumar please tell me proper time when I can get my money 24500/- ?
And 2nd thing I have some proof of documents that I will attached below inside.

hello, i m ketan from anand gujarat i am also cheated from capitol overseas consultant this the 4 months running no process ongoing and no answer from them his employee deepika is left the job so no one can answer the call and i have deposit 12000 from bank via NEFT. They told me within 2 and half your visa will be done but after lots of follow up they just give me intimation letter only after that when i ask about my further process they told please deposit the remaining amount but no assurance of how long it will take to getting visa. 1st june 2016 they have started my process and i made payment on 8 June 2016. this the fifth month ongoing when i call at capitol overseas their employee said i don't about your process and i ask sir and give you reply but no call from them .I am not satisfied with your service and your commitment. So please refund my money i don't want go further from this process.

hello Mr ketan our team called you so many time but mybe you are busy in your work .and sir you always call us after 5 pm so sir if you are busy . same as after 5 pm we not pick official call . and you also cheat with us you not pay the fees .so that why we stop your process .because i call you couple of time you told i am busy i called you when i am free .but not yet you call us or not pay fees .if you want we refund your money you just call us or simple send us mail no need create a drama .if you want to stop send us mail .we stop your process . simple

hello sir their is problem from your side you have not fulfil your commitment on your given time whenever i call at office your staff not know anything about my process & every time they told me i ask sir and then inform you but no call. you told me 2 and half month so where is your commitment. In four hardly your staff call 3 or 4 time. If you are not giving me security of money why would i pay remaining fees. Drama created by your staff they change frequently so how can trust you people. i wrote i mail on deepika.[protected]@gmail.com but reply yet.please clarify & give security of my money then i go further .

Hello my self ketan i talked to Mr Sundeep kumar he give the assurance that they will get my Visa within 1 & half month so take back complaint against them. thanks looking forward with them ...

I am Nikhil Agrawal from Delhi and I've paid 24500 to Capitol Overseas in April 2016 for Canada work visa and till now they have not done anything about it. Every time I try to call them, they don't pick up the phone and when they do, they say Mr. Sandeep is not in office. Please do not trust this company as they are not genuine. I've been calling them regularly and they are not picking up my phones. I'm also going to send them a legal notice regarding the fraud.
