I was receiving calls from car care india (www.carcareindia.in) from mr. Kunal (From these [protected] & [protected] nos) between 15 to 27 nov 18.
This was related to four wheeler car service which had 4 services for 2 years with 30% cash back (Deposited in 20mins after payment) & a complementary gift (Leather seat cover or parking camera). This is sent on my mail.
So i took this service & its order no is 30968, dated 28.11.18 worth rs. 11999/-. It can be seen on the portal also.
After booking i have done multiple calls, complained on their portal. Booked for my car service on 2.12.18. Called many a times (More than 64times). Their customer service no is [protected] (Called 27 times) & kunal (Called 37 times) they answered one or 2 times & not giving any feedback.
They booked my service on 12.12.18 because their portal says you can cancel your service if you dont get committed things. But when i ask this customer service said "once booked cant be cancelled & talk to sales officer i. E. Kunal. And kunal not answering my calls. It can be cancelled within 15 days (Mentioned on portal) & by 12.12.18 total 15 days gets over.
I have not received any committed things. This is a fake service. Such companies must be closed.
