[Resolved] Sundaram Honda — Poor service | |||
Sir, I had given my honda city car for full service/ polishing/ battery change etc .. Which cost me around 13000 rs.. But while delivery the car was not polished and most of my requirements was unfinished which looked obvious and really bad.. I was very disappointed, But still I paid the full amount and called mr. Hairharan CRM.. And complained .. He send mr.main Maran to my residence and did the needful.. But however I notice the manual book was missing which I handed over to the service person from honda while sending the car for service .. It's been more then a month now and I still did not receive the book as well as no one either got back to me ..when ever I call regarding the book they just tell me that they will get back to me within 5 mins which they don't.. I will not be able to sell my car without the manual book and the pervious records of service ..
