Hi Team,

We approached 4 Wheel Cars for purchase Maruti Dzire 2017 model car and paid Rs 10000/- amount by believing the fact provided by them, but when we inquired about the car by checking its Insurance records and servicing records found below issues:
1. The car has 2 Insurance claims which was not mentioned during paying the booking amount.
2. Tampering of Car meter from the Maruti servicing center. The car has KM 86000 but your dealer mentioned 73000 which is serious issue while claiming future insurance and also warranty on the Engine.
3. Hiding on the traffic challan of Rs 5000 on the car

When we taking this point with them they tried to cover up by offering discounts and later when resisted and demanded our money to be refunded they paid only 7500/- and holding 2500 and not returned.

Requesting you to look into this and help us get our money back.

Frm nasik army camp add was posted kamlakar his name, he said i will send u my car with noc and other doc, next day we received a call frm other number[protected] he said ur car on the way please pay 35k amount, we said no for it but he's taken 14k amount from us. What kind of service your providing to a customer, fake new fraud add and # add, y u verified once. Coz of your fake fraud news and add we are suffering. I already make police complaint againt it. Pls resolve my issue or else i will file illegal action.

I have seen many more add like this on your website where they are ask for 10% of payment before the car purchase and the car will be delivered to home address. They say that the car is not available to see and work with indian army. Its very unfortunate to use army’s name and do these kind of fraud. I would request you to block this one. I am sharing review on 3 more seller like this which i found on in this website only.

As per co. Terms & conditions, i applied for my refund of security money of rs. 10, 000/- around two months back and a mail was received from co. The process will take 15-20 working days, now almost 1.5 months have been passed, but co. Is not giving any satisfactory replay in spite of my no. Of emails & tele[honic reminders to mr. Amit mishra, employee of the co.,. Now you are requested to help me to sort out the issue.

I am looking a car in car trade website and i saw a wagnor car and talk to owner but owner has told me i am lived in goa bt this time i am posted in nasik airport so i send my car in your address but u deposit travelling cost then we send car and said when u are rejected then totally refunded that is a fraud process. I am also deposit 3100 rs and agian he told me you also deposit 12699 rs for gps process and this is second fraud process so i complaint against your website why u dont check the full address about the owner.

Hi team many times raised complaint but no response from twitter also I bought a car one month before and dealer said that this is certified car after buying that car run 500 kms normally after the 500 kms that car creates lost or problem till I paid 30k on outside market for repairing and all technical work seriously I'm going to lodge a complaint in consumer court why they are making fool of customers it's our hard earn money he sold me 2010 model car in TWO LACK THIRT THOUSAND.

This is to inform that is i purchased used honda accord 2008 model from car trade center located at nariana delhi, the kilometre reading shown was 70000 when i purchased then i checked from honda service center it was 116000 kms already driven... I was cheated following this they r not issuing me the rc of my car... Kindly look into the matter otherwise i i'll go to the consumer court.

I have recently purchased a car named Maruti Suzuki SX4 from top drive motors, Ramesh nagar(authorised Cartrade dealer). When I purchased the car I was informed wrong about car mileage. It had 66000kms on the odo meter. But then when I got it serviced from Maruti Suzuki service centre I got to know that the car had run around 81000 kms 2 years back from the date of purchase. I was really disappointed and I also have proofs from Maruti Suzuki about the actual mileage of car. Dealer has cheated me by telling me just half of the kms. He told me 50-60, 000kms. Which indeed was a fraud. I want to report this to Cartrade and get a solution to this. I have attached the photos below for your reference. Please adhere to the attachments and tell me what can be done here. I’m very much disappointed with Cartrade and how it treats its custOmer’s. They’re only going to lose their trust and their market with these kind of things coming up.

I have brought a used car from autgorized dealer of cartrade.com on 20/01/2017. Till now they are not able to transfer the car in my name. Its been 15 months over still not transfered.

They are commiting every time and its failed. Simply they are fooling since last 14 months.

I have purchased the car from mmoterzone priority dealer (Mr. Anupam chakraborty) from that day car itself has a technical issue where he fixed but not all issues he was fixed. Now it's over 4 months but he was not provided me noc or car transfer documents on my name. Every time he just talking lie and fooling me with vague answers.

The cartrade is responsible to get either this car with you and provide my money with interest. The worst experience with cartrade having such stupid dealers. They all are fooling people.

Now the resolution is for me to give back your car and get my money with interest. Else i will separately file the case against cartrade and mr. Anupam for fraud and cheating.

I have brought this id on car trade by paying 25, 000/- to pawan ([protected]) an employee of car trade to buy insurance car and started bid on site wherein on biding i won two cars for which i have attached the screen short and now when i am trying to contact them for delivery he is saying that the car had being sold to someone else now this is what he is giving me the story that the car was auction on other sides as well where it got sold, now my question is how come the car was bid and won by me on car trade when it was auctioned on their sites and was sold on there, it seem there is one seat which gets sold on many site and can be booked by everyone but will give to one whom they want and everyone pays for it and it doesn’t matter who wins it as it’s a biding, first things if it was sold on other side then why it was available to biding on car trade, second if i won on biding then why was it sold to some else, ok now the best part of my conversation with him was that once i bid and i won the car if i don't make payment and collect the car my id will be block now can anyone from them explain this double standard concept, either this people are running a scam under the name of car trade or the company its self is a scam where now it see lot of complaint on them i need to make sure this kind of scammer are stop and put to an end.

Bought a car from car trade dealer in pune on 2nd feb 2017.

Its been a year and still i haven't got the ownership transferred by the dealer. Everytime i check with them they say i will be getting the rc book in a weeks time. But if i am checking in transport website it is having the previous owner name only.

I havent yet received the second car key from the dealer. They mentioned that the cover is loose and they will fix it and give it to me when i bought the car. I have been checking with them periodically over the last year and still i havent received the car key.

There are other minor issues which were promised when sold but still havent got any positive outcome.

I purchased a Toyota etios from your dealer in Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh naming Maruti Motors at old bus stand. He also gave me the sell receipt and I gave him the complete payment rs3.5lacs and till now even after 20 days, he has not given the NOC of car loan and has not transferred car on my name. Now also he is giving me the excuses for 2days, 3 days . After using the car for 1day, the rear seat was also loose and meter of this car is also 76000km and when I went to showroom it found to be 1.25lacs km . So, what is authencity of car trade certification .
I am totally disappointed and unsatisfied with this car trade dealer at Ghaziabad . He even told me that car has been done recently with new wheel alignment, but it found to be left aligned.
There were several lies and false things told by the dealer and with the passage of time, I have become aware of the fraud he has done on the name of Car trade . Now I have given deadline to him and after this I will return the car.
So, I request car trade to take serious actions against the dealer and kindly help me so that none of other customer in Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh are befooled on the name of car trade by such clever and bad people. Who don't even want to have a good reputation in the customers field.

First thing first i want to know that can i get my "token money" back as now i am not interested to do a deal with car trade as on 15feb2018 i really had the worst experience, especially their sales staff is so obnoxious, disrespectful and know how to respond to a customer... When i asked them about the pricing and competitive rates in market they continously replying one thing to me that "hum yahan kamane baithe hai" is this the revert you got or is this way you guys should revert to your genuine client who just want clarity on the thing is going to buy, what i guess it's my right to ask... It was really really a worst experience ever had... Kindly take appropriate action on it and revert my query about token money!!!

I want to purchase a car in megma and submitted the money for id. They created the id when auction ended. I called daily for activation they said the same thing we are doing but nothing is done. After the activation i bit on a car which was below the reserve price and cartrade emolyee told me approval will not come look for some other. And suddenly after 6-7 days approval came and now they are forcing me to take vehicle or my security will be gone.

I was searching a scoda superb in your website and i got an add from shri shyam motors, karam pura, new delhi, pin-110034, bearing regd no hr 51 aj 0444. Later on i contacted to the mobile no provided in that add which was [protected]. And he was mr braham yadav to whom i talked in detail about the add. He ensure me that the kilometre mentioned in the add was true and was not tampered. After which he sent me some more pics of the above car and i was satisfied with the negotiation of the car value as rs 4, 80000.00. And i gave him an amount of rs 49, 000 as advance rest i comited to give before receiving the car and transper of ownership. Latter on when i got to know from the scoda company that the car was last served at scoda on sept 5 2014 when it has been runned 76000. After getting this information i called to mr braham yadav and asked about the truith he ignored me. When i asked to refund my money he denyed to refund and avoided me.
I gone for police complain but they told me to complain at the car trade costomour care first. Sir we the costomour believe at your website and the information given as sartyfied car. But we are being cheated it is completely your companies responsibility to solve our problem. Other wise no costomour will believe in your website any more.
Plz kindly look after my matter and prove the unthecity of your website and its information. Waiting for your early response.

This is in regards to one car which your people had certified and put on your portal. The car was eon blue color, numbered Ap 10AR 3366. This car was certified by you guys when the car was being sold by a car dealer. We bought this vehicle as it was certified by you guys. But the dealer sold us bad car. The engine light started glowing and when taken to hyundai showroom they said two sensors are missing from day one. My question is how did you certify this vehicle? Did the dealer give you money? All angles shd be looked at. Today when we went to dealer he said not our mistake it's car trade mistake you can get in touch with the. Bull ###... Who is responsible let me know.

I have purchased the car without making it checked with the mechanic from cartrade.com dealer, believing it on certified note on the car, later, i checked in the showroom and they confirmed accidental vehicle. However, i m not able to find any person, who can confirm it in writing, so that i can file a case. Additionally the dealer is not ready to take the vehicle. Showroom person is telling they are not authorized to give such declaration, please suggest me whom to contact as police people told to bring such declaration to get refund and car returned. Police is tell they can do nothing as i'm not able to provide the declaration from engineer. The showroom people have given the quotation approximately 80k. Please help
