I purchased new car from Karad showroom at that time sales team given me IDBI fast tag registered with chassis no. but due to change in TOLL plaza rule fast tag with chassis no registration will automatically deactivated so I paid double toll in Pune to Karad toll plaza.
Then I contacted to sales team to register my car with RTO no. and activate my fast tag.
It should be mandatory to showroom to register fast tag with RC no of car not to chassis no.
while activated they told me recharge some amount for activation so I recharged @ 550 Rs but still fast tag not working
So, I purchased new Fast tag with another bank and started to use but double fast tag not allowed with same car number, so I requested to Sales team to close my fast tag account & refund my remain account money.
But the response is not good It seems that they avoid to doing this.
I request customer care team please resolve my issue as soon as possible.
Your team is not taking responsibility after car purchase.

      My name is Pramod Chavan I am form Pune I gave the my car (MH-12-UF-3295) to Katraj center for servicing, my car had a free second servicing, I could not go due to office, so I was told for pick up and drop, initially they told me than 2 to 3 days for servicing, the car was done in 3 days but they not drop my car saying that there is no driver for the drop. My car was there at Service centre for a hole day.
      Another one would like to say that the call response is very poor, directly Eng is cut the call, sometimes no pick up and also not do the call back.
      Worst experience ever I will never suggest going to Katraj service cente

        With reference to letter reply on 30/7/2022 from prasad atak for my complaint dated on 30/07/2022

        First of all sorry to say your dealer is not aware of facts that u have told about cash payment and the way your staff is behaving looks like you are running some extortion type business under chowgule industry
        All your staff member are visiting to my work place and my home without giving intimation and asking to deposit money, calling my father and threatening about if you don't pay in two days we will sell the car to other and all was going under supervision of GM sir as those people are constantly replying to phone and telling me we have been sent here by Gm sir

        Whatever it is, did I ask company to make less amount of wagnor it's company issue don't dare to intermingle things with customer problem and don't cover your serious mistakes under the name of company .why you were taking booking for car then ? Is this some kind of joke?

        Your apology letter doesn't do justification for your criminal acts made by your staff and mental harresment to me and my family in last two days

        I have deposited 8, 73, 699 rs till time and date despite many time asking to your people and GM you are not providing me quotation for Wagnor r which I have booked in April 2022

        Manoj from your company is asking to pay all amount of rs 8, 73, 699 and giving verbal guarantee that we will provide accessories .accessories which I have asked for car are till date only on verbal words. today on repeatedly follow up .He provided me list today which doesn't mention car coating both above and below (under body and over body coating)
        Paper doesn't mention about providing it with decided amount. All this huge transactions are done only on verbal words nothing on paper, considering your team's behavior towards my family I got scared that your team will also force us to pay the accessory bill by hook or crook.

        Despite asking and providing indent car dispatched documents and asking them to sharing to my email address to manager, he is not at all ready to share by all means ​

        I have visited showroom 30/07/2022 morning to give written complaint but I was not provided any help.still somehow I wrote letter and ask to inward.GM directly refuse to take signature and ask receptionist not to inward document

        All your actions against towards me
        1.forcing me to pay 1.5 lakh despite I have paid booking amount in April telling that i[censored] don't pay it will be difficult to hold car
        2.misbehavour with father
        3.doing mental harresment for paying full amount despite there is no official quotation received from manager
        4.threatning not to provide car i[censored] don't pay in 2days w, otherwise we will ssell he car
        ​ 5. Not taccepting ustomer complaint in written despite I am repeatedly asking to get inward at showroom on 30/07/2022

        ​All above actions are encouraging me to involve consumer court and near by police station

          I had booked a car in November for delivery date in January from maruti Arena fatorda Goa which the sales manager guaranteed us we would get on the specific date v wanted. We kept in contact with the sales manager asking about the update of the car and he kept giving us false hopes saying that the car will come on the desired date. Now when the date is nearing he cals and says he is doubtful of the car cos there was a shutdown for annual maintenance of the company and there is a delay in shipment. But he has the guts to cal us up and convince us to buy a lower model of the vehicle. I'm dis heartened to know that I'm not getting d car on a specific date which I was eagerly looking for. I dnt think I would ever recommend any one to but a car from this outlet or from chowgule marauti suzuki. BAD EXPERIENCE

              This is request you to please resolved this issue asap.
              This is related to booking amount refund
              Myself amol dingankar . I had booked the car on Dec 2021 . With the payment of booking amount 5000 . Now due to some personal medical issue and finance I am not able to purchase a car .
              But when I ask them for refund 4500 after deduction of 500 charges they are refuse to do so

                Dear Sir,
                I have purchased a New SPresso vehicle from Chowgule Industries Pvt Ltd in Nov 2020, At that time of v delivery we informed about more accessories will be provided on SPRESSO by paying an Extra Amount, Hence I paid an extra Rs.10, 000/- for more accessories but still from than I have not received any extra accessories yet, and on worst, sales Engineer of that time Mr. Kashinath Mayenkar not also receiving my calls.
                Once he has given me their store person number which is not reachable most of the Time.
                Kindly help in getting the accessories of my new Spress Vehicle purchased from your reputed company.

                  Good day,
                  I mr.Vishal Bandodker booked a Wagon R taxi 1.2 to be purchased on my wife Mrs.Sarika Vishal Bandodker, would like to bring to your kind notice the unpleasant circumstances we are facing to take the delivery of the car.
                  First of all as it's a taxi, we did all the formalities of loan to my NRE account, as u know due to covid, loans are stopped to many NRE a/c holders. Secondly we managed to take a 45 days validity permit from transport department as to register the vehicle. we also purchased the speed governor Bs IV make. When we went for the registration, the inspector directly told us tht the vehicle can't be registered as the governor is not Bs VI and it is not permitted to fit and can't register the vehicle till u get a certificate from chowgule that it's ECM setting has been done and the speed limited to 80. Otherwise he won't permit.
                  As my car has to be produced for inspection on 20th of Jan as my contract starts in the company by month end and my loan already passed and processed and credited to chowgule, I am in a fix as to what to do.
                  My rto registration is at Quepem Goa. So I hope chowgule will take this matter seriously and solve it as soon as possible.as many like me are facing this difficulty and if not then all o[censored]s will have to cancel the booking. We don't have any option left.
                  Also to note when we approached the showroom they told us the ecm setting can be done only on higher end cars n not for cars like Wagon R.
                  Hope you will either solve by issuing me a certificate stating that the ecm setting has been done or take up the issue with the government agencies in Goa.

                    Sir i hd given my omni at tathwade service centre on 27 nov 2020 till from that date nothing has done to my vehicle, today they deliver me as it is nothing has done to my vehicle, in last 15 days they even not cleaned my car. and they charges me 11000 rupees bill.

                      Sir, my lender bank issued dd on dated 16th july 2020, prior that margin money was paid to chowgule industries ambegaon showroom pune. Balance money was fully paid on dated 20th july 2020. Delivery of the car promised on 29th july 2020. But due to negligence of account dept of chowgule industries. They put dd for late clearing and hence they started process of rto late and in result the car was not ready for delivery with fitting of number plates on 29th july 2020. But i could get the delivery of the car only on 2nd august 2020. Now i am claiming compensation against irreparable losses happened to me from chowgule industries management, they are trying to give only either full wheel cover or rs. 1500/- which is very less against my losses. Hence, i am putting this complaint against chowgule industries ambegaon showroom pune regarding deficiency in service and unfair trade practice by chowgule industries pune. Also, soon i am moving legal case against chowgule industries ambegaon showroom pune as well as against maruti company before honourable consumer redressal district forum to get compensation and cost against irreparable losses happened to me in the issue of late delivery of the car and other issues which occurred recently at chowgule industries ambegaon showroom pune.                         The car is sold out to a secod person but the insurance is not transferred we get a call on daily basis and message say to pay the premium its many at time we have informed chowgule that the car is sold out so the ins6has to be transferred but there is no positive reply to the same.

                          Upon inquiring about the rate of wagon r. I received a call from chowgule panaji. Siddesh and siya immediately came to my house for the booking and explained to me about the details and bonuses offered by the company. Even the accessories were mentioned verbally but nothing was given in writing. Only the quotation was in writing, that too was wrong and was given a different amount at the time of payment. Last and least at the time of delivery not a single person explained to me about the car. All the accessories promised to me were not given. Neither siddesh nor siya who did the booking came at the time of delivery. Such unprofessional staff i have never seen in my life. My vehicle no is ga o3 z 1734. Had brought an i20 few years back and the difference is service is huge. Will never recommend anymore in future to go to this unprofessional place. Am really dissapointed with their behavior.

                            Recently i bought maruti suzuki eeco 7 seter car from chougule industries sangli showroom.
                            Befour booking of car the sales exicutive told very well. And after full amount of car paid he not not told me with good language
                            .
                            And when i paid rs 5000 of advance payment the accesories shop manager told your accesories bill is 20000
                            You will buy it you dont have any other option. I will said he i dont need this accesories but he says your bill is ready we cannot cancel bill. But i am not signed on bill.

                              Hello. L am pravin kisan jadhav from girvi, tal-phaltan, dist-satara, state-maharastra. I booked used maruti celerio zxi amt no. Mh50l0648 at satara true value, chowgule industries private limited satara showroom on 23 march 2019. L gave them advance of 5000rs. L have receipt of booking amount. L also gave rest amount crosscheck to them on 23 march2019. They told to take delivery on monday 25 march2019.
                              On monday l come here with happiness to take my dream car. That day true value team leader mr. Tushar dongare told very wrong and false statements. He states that owner was took his car back. So deal was cancelled. But this is not true. I had proof of that. We seating there about 1 hour and no any employee uttend us. After that assistant general manager mr. Santosh chorat told that, that car was kept for company driving school and cannot be handover to me. So l am very disappointed. Our dream of having car is collapse. After this incident l am not happy with maruti suzuki chowgule industries service. This not 'true value'. This is 'false value and disappointing people'of satara chowgule industries pvt. Ltd. Maruti suzuki showroom.
                              I have all discussion recordings proof regarding this car deal. I also have receipt of 5000rs token amount. Both mr. Dongare and assistant general manager mr. Santosh chorat giving doubtful statements regarding this car deal. There is something doubtful about car deal. Mr. Chorat and other peapole are hiding information. I have doubt that that car mh50 l 0648 was given to another person after our deal. This is how these employees of your industry put down the reputation of chowgule industries private limited.
                              I hope that senior of your industry will find the truth. L also hope that i will get justice from chowgule industries private limited. Please contact me and give correct information about car. Otherwise i have also option of legal procedure. But i am hoping that chowgule industries senior can give justice. Please reply.                                 This is in reference with the purchase of a Maruti Suzuki Swift Dzire TourS on 28th Dec 2018 from Chowgule Industries Pvt Ltd Ambegaon Pune.. The purchase was for purely commercial purpose hence I had a talk and proper discussion with your sales executive before paying the full amount. After all the necessary procedures i was given a confirmation that I would be receiving the car by 10th Jan 2019, which I also took in writing. When the date came, even after calling multiple times no response was received, and after 2-3 days I got to know that the sales executive with whom I had a talk with resigned and someone new took his place.
                                Even though the date was fixed he gave us some talk about Govt rules and a new date of 20th has been reassigned. As it was the delay from RTO side i was ready to wait for some more time. Not to mention I have to pay the EMI and Driver's Salary even without doing any business. Since it was because of Government's proceedings, I decided to wait for another 10 days and thought that I can use that vehicle for at least 10 days in Jan to recover some of the losses.
                                But to my surprise even 20th Jan passed and I keep on receiving new dates 22nd then 25th, then 31st and now 6th Feb which is highly unprofessional. As you are also into business and must know the importance of dates, if I would have been told from the start that it would take so around 1-2 months at least I would not have gone around and finalized a Driver to whom I am paying unnecessarily even though I didn't receive the Car.
                                I have called your sales manager so many times but everytime they just give a talk about some other government rules.I'm bearing unnecessary losses because of your mistakes and i suppose you as Chowgule Industries is sole responsibe and answerable to the customer. If I would have known it 's gonna turn like this from your side I never would have purchased it from there because i was well known to the fact that i have to give some fixed date to my vendors to whom i'm attaching my car. While making the payment, I was told that the money is non-refundable I trusted & agreed and I expected the same from your side as well that since you have given in writing I would receive the Car on given date or 5-10 days of buffer some one can manage either. But it is being about a month delay in delivery.
                                I am highly disappointed by the service and lack of professionalism, even though it may be because of Govt rules its understood that you are in this business for long should be aware of these things. I hope you would take all these things into consideration and would take proper action asap needless to say I am also looking forward to how you are going to take action for the loss I have suffered because of your fault. It is now up to you to salvage our belied expectations.

                                I have not yest received my Insurance documents. After repeated phone calls, my complaint is not looked into. I am given false assurances. I have already paid my Insurance Premium, but yet to get the documents.

                                    I bought maruti alto from chowgule maruti dealer in 2017. The agent mr gulzar one of the most inefficient dealer was deputed to handle my case. After the vehicle was dropped at my place, it started having clutch and pick up problems. I kept complaining to gulzar and customer care of chowgule but no response.
                                    Maruti insurance was also done by chowgule and nothing explained to me. My vehicle met with an accident on 8 dec 2018 and i was told that i have to pay rs 5000 from my pocket as the vehicle is not having zero depreciation policy. When i negotiated with chowgule insurance representative, i was told to take back my vehicle and sign certain documents which i refused.
                                    I am extremely shocked as to how consumers and customers in india are treated.
                                    God help our country. Please do something to help me

                                      On 30th july 2018 due to accident we are submitted alto 800 car mh12 np5622 to wadaki showroom for repairing but till date we are not received our car. We are visited 5-6 times to the wadaki showroom but they are not responding us. So please we are requested to give our car as early as possible.in the showroom they are not answer very well.
                                      Whenever we are visited to the showroom the workers doing job for only for who gives them cash money in hand i. E. Rich person. My car is repaired on the insurance basis so they are not paid attention to our car seriously.
                                      In this accident car owner was injured at spine fracture so he need to 4 wheeler vehicle for going ti office approximately 150 km per day. Owner cant travelling 150 km by 2 wheeler so i requested to your workshop wadaki nala tal haveli dist pune. Kindly do needfl as early as possible
                                      I further request you to kindly replace the entire transmission box for further risk and my safety.

                                      Kindly arrange the substitute transport facility from your end till my vehicle gets repaired.

                                      Such a ignorant and negligent behavior of chowgule personnel will lead to loosing your valuable customers in future.
