They think we are idiots to pay the figures they quote for but do not want to hold up their side of the deal.
They don’t understand the requirement of the client. They just send people straight off the streets with no experience to come and take care of kids.
They make you interview the maid, but they lie, they make the nanny lie about the experience and wher she has worked before.
sharmila has a major attitude problem and thinks no end of herself!! absolutely no idea how to talk or understand what the issue are or how to deal with it.
The people in her office are unprofessional, rude & uncouth. they only keep msging ‘pay’ pay pay for the commission. they are only for making money! they take commission & send some random person & say manage!
The people that are sent to our houses want to just get payed big fat salaries and they do not want to do anything. the nannies expect a batallion of staf[censored]nder them to do work for them!
We are paying big fat salaries and trying to hire trained help for our children for after school, so that we can work - but these characters are just the worst! it’s easier to mange & teach our children than to teach these morons who last a week or a month!
