They think we are idiots to pay the figures they quote for but do not want to hold up their side of the deal.
They don’t understand the requirement of the client. They just send people straight off the streets with no experience to come and take care of kids.
They make you interview the maid, but they lie, they make the nanny lie about the experience and wher she has worked before.

This so called agency is been run by fake people called praveen and sharmeela chatterjee. She thinks she is the queen of bengal whereas their services don’t match. Their maids are useless and they come everything except work. They come from this agency where they are being taught how to lure the males at home. This lady is a fraud and should be behind bars.

I will not recommend this bureau to anybody as they supply maids straight from the brothel. I got two of them after requesting mrs chatterjee to send a decent maid as i have growing children, she is extremely unco-operative and thinks she is some great minister. Her high-handed attitude and rudeness stopped me from getting maids from care.

She takes a good amount of deposit which she promises to return/refund but i am yet to get rs.40, 000/- from her. She has stopped entertaining my calls and reminders. Probably she uses customer's money to travel to london for weddings and buy gold jewellery to look ostentatious. Has she ever looked at herself closely in the mirror? She is evil!

I have used care services for more than 20 years when no one knew them. I understand it has become more difficult to get household now than before. But i also do not get the responsive services that i used to get before.in their contract they take guarantee of replacement etc within a definite period but in reality it is not so. I have been speaking to mr prasanjit of bangalore for the past 3 months but no replacement has been provided.

Hi strongly advise anyone to double think before hiring a helper from care generation in calcutta. The owner mrs sharmilla chatterjee acts very sweet when you talk to her but she is very crafty. She took 60, 000rupees from me for the service charge and maids first month salary. However she told me that the maids salary is refundable if i am not happy with her in the first month. I returned the helper in 8 days after paying for her flight...

Care Generation is a fraudulent maid services agency based out of Kolkata. We paid up Rs 11, 200 to a Pune Representative to help us get a maid who will take care of our 10 month old baby and help with cooking. We paid an extra 2k for tatkal services - Normal is about 45 days and tatkal is in 2 weeks. But ofcourse nothing happened! We met one maid 1 week after paying the full amount. She did not suit our age requirements- she was 50 yrs of age and we preferred someone younger and more agile. And on investigation and speaking to her previous employer we found out that she used to steal and was not trust worthy with the baby. Having turned that down we waited patiently to get another maid. The second one happened to be a phone interview 1 month later, this time, the maid clearly refused to help with cooking and was willing to take care of ONLY the baby. This too did not suit the only TWO requirements from our side. It has now been 3 months and we don't have an answer from this company who clearly state that money is non refundable. How can the money be non refundable if they have not done their job. They never bothered to find us a maid. If we did get one and rejected it then non-refundable is valid. This is just a devious way to rob money! BEWARE- Mrs. Chatterjee, Provir and Tapas from Care Generation are all rogues! Don't lose your money to them.

I am in Mumbai. Care generation mumbai office took 7000 rs from us on 5th January 2014 with a promise to give us a house maid within a month. It has been 8 months now and they have not shown any girl. In between from their Mumbai office they showed a girl who was 14yrs old sent by Mr. Manas.
