I am in Mumbai. Care generation mumbai office took 7000 rs from us on 5th January 2014 with a promise to give us a house maid within a month. It has been 8 months now and they have not shown any girl. In between from their Mumbai office they showed a girl who was 14yrs old sent by Mr. Manas. I didn't accept that girl since its child labour. Since then I have been following up but in vain. The owner Mrs. Sharmila chatterjee is never available to talk even when she is in office they lie that she is not around. She promised me 2 months back that they will provide a girl. We don't have anyone. She is extremely rude and not ready to hear what the customer is saying. I would now like to get a refund of 7000 rs. Please help me. generation agency based out of kolkatta

I would like to thank the owner of "care" Mrs Sharmeela chatterji for providing 2 excellent helper for my in laws(one was 91 nd other was 86)..Both the helper were soooo nice that after the death of my father in law we continued them for my mother in law till her death.During this time Mrs Chatterji's personal monitoring I will never forget.I am really obliged to her

We paid 15000 for our requirement in my Mumbai but they are not able to send right candidate... without understanding our requirement n without any verification they are sending random maid which is not suiting our requirement...DONT HIRE ANY MAID from this AGENCY...They are money digger...they will talk sweetly n tke the deposit amount after that they will not send you proper maid...DO BE VERY CAREFULL!!!
