Hi strongly advise anyone to double think before hiring a helper from care generation in calcutta. The owner mrs sharmilla chatterjee acts very sweet when you talk to her but she is very crafty. She took 60, 000rupees from me for the service charge and maids first month salary. However she told me that the maids salary is refundable if i am not happy with her in the first month. I returned the helper in 8 days after paying for her flight and visa! I have asked her to refund my 30, 000 rupees but she only refunded 15, 000. She is now not replying to my messages and has refused to return my full amount. I am not from india so am making all overseas residents aware of this agency.
