Care Health Insurance — Delay in Claims Huge deductions in claim amount

Policy no[protected] huge claim amount deducted almost Rs 45000 was deducted
1. Smart City network hospital rs 21000 was deducted
2.Rmo charges rs 5000 not paid
3. Pharmacy bill rs 4600 was not paid
4. Lab chars₹ 3000 was not paid
5. Bio hazard charges rs 2500 was not paid etc
It's been more than a month still grevience team and claims team has not even bothered to call or reply to my complaints
Customer service is worst they don't even transfer d cals to senior or to claims team
I also cancelled my claim but stil not returned my claim documents
No reply at all worst and cheap services by care health insurance company.
