I want Carrier to replace my AC as your technicians have broken it down and now they are just not ready to come and fix it, its been more than 3 weeks now I am chasing them with minim or no response.

I had opened an ticket with Carries on 4th March with my AC not working and technical did visit the my house in the late evening and after hour of two of inspection they said my outdoor unit PCB has gone bad and that needs to be taken to the service centre for further inspection, in the process of removing my both In-door and Out-door PCB they broke the AC pipe and the entire gas leak happened.
4th March : Complain no[protected] Technical visited took the PCB and broke by AC pipe and gas leak. (MD Rahber Alam – [protected])
5th March: technical called up and said that the outdoor PCB was bad and that needs to be replaced and that would cost me 12500/- (PH: [protected])
I called up one of my known carrier dealer and he said he would arrange the PCB and the technician can return the old PCB and when the new one arrives they can come and install it, I informed the same to the technical and he agreed to send the old PCB.
6th March: I called the technician for the old PCB he said he will send it. (PH: [protected])
7th March: 6th march: I called the technician for the old PCB he said he will send it. (PH: [protected])
8th March: I had to call the Carrier customer care and got in touch with someone from the escalation team, I explained the situation and they said they would help.
I got back the old PCB on the 8th EOD.
18th March: I got the new PCB.
20th March – I called the technician for the installation, and he said he would come (Its been 3 weeks no one has turned up) (PH: [protected])
27Th March – Complain no[protected] I called up the Carrier customer care and got in touch with the escalation team and they assured me that they will get the AC problem fixed by evening and they also said that it was cost me 600/- which I was ok to pay. (Its been 2 weeks since then no one has fixed this problem) (Mohammed Fasiuddin – [protected])
5th April: I called the carrier customer care again to follow up and they said they are looking in to the matter and they will arrange for a call back which I have not received it till date. (Shaikh Yaseen – [protected])
10th April – I am still waiting for the technician to fix the AC which he had broken.

I need a New AC for all the mental harassment my family an I am going through because of the technician

Today a technician came from carrier to check on the AC and I am not surprised he had more to my problems
1. He said the display unit was missing and he was asked me for a display unit, I told him that the technical who came on 4th March has taken things with them and I have given the same to this person so now the display unit is also missing.
2. He said the indoor unit is also not functioning which was not matching with the person who called on 5th March and told me.
3. He said I will have to pay for the pipe and the AC gas.
So currently the entire AC unit is not working, and it appears like its going to cost me equal to the new AC amount.

The issue still remains unresolved the ticket is closed.

12th April– [protected] – This person called and he did assure me that he will take care of the issue and if needed he will collect the AC from my home and get it fixed at the service center and return it in a working condition, he asked us to send the pictures of the PCB and the model no and other details which were sent to him, post that date there is no updated from this person.
13th April[protected] – Customer care called to check if the issue was fixed and informed them that there is no progress made.
20th April[protected] – Customer care called to check if the issue was fixed and informed them that there is no progress made. The CC guy connect me to a person called Srinivas [protected], will keep you updated on the progress

      AC was showing less cooling and water leakage. After working for about 30 min AC turn off automatically showing PO. Called customer care service and two service men came to check. They said board of both outdoor and indoor units needs to be changed and it will take one week. Within 1 hour of installation of changed board AC shown the same old problem. Same day itself service men said the compressor is need of repair and taken parts of ac along with them. After few days they came back saying they can't repair it, installed back whatever they took and refunded the money paid for the boards. Its totally ruined. Atleast AC was working before for limited time, now its not even getting turned on. Is this how the service works

        Newly Purchased Carrier Hybrid Jet AC's compressor has gone faulty after 4 months of working. It's been 15 days that I am being following with them and no commitment has been given when the AC can be made functional.
        What a pathetic service provider.

          I complained regarding my AC flaps replacement on 30th July 2022. Since then I have made several calls to Customer Care of CARRIER, including today, but every time I am given a standard reply that your complaint will be attended to on high priority basis but to no avail.
          I will appreciate if my complaint is attended to immediately without any further delay.

            Hello I was purchased the carrier ac on 22.08.2022 delivered on 24.08.2022 & installation done on 26.08.2022 technician said we have paid for installation and installation charges some around Rs 1300 + 150 for tape chargers + 850 for outdoor stand. After installation the ac was not working and issue with the compressor its gets trip off automatically the technician said your power consumption was not getting. i have told to check properly then again he called some senior technician how to check we are facing this issue asking how to do he shared some photos and videos to him after checking installation person told your power consumption was good only. issue having with compressor he told our senior technician will visit tomorrow to complete check he went. Then I have called to the service people like 25 to 35 time in the call but there is no support from them n not respond for My call irresponsible people very very disappointed with this carrier brand . Senior technician came he checked again he confirm there is a issue with compressor he take videos photos everything and sended to service team.
            Really Im not at all happy with this purchase people who u r looking ac please don't go for this brand first time I purchase AC but very disappointed. Team I'm not satisfaction What they people will do for my satisfaction I have no idea..

              It's 23 Aug 2022, the 5th day. they have not resolved my complaint, although it is a very simple call for only Gas refilling. This is the service status in Delhi, i am very surprised. I will never suggest anyone to buy a Carrier AC.

                I bought a carrier 1 ton split Ac on feb on 2022. The Ac did not work. After multiple complaints, they found the issue and replaced parts. It was producing sound. So they finally replaced the indoor unit in May. It’s been only 2 months and now there’s no cooling. It’s actually hot when turned on. The Ac is showing EC error.

                    I bought carrier AC 1.2 on 14th august 2021.
                    It was installed on 16th august. Yesterday I called for my free service. The service man put us in shocked. We can saw lots of insects like honeybees made their house inside the AC. This is because of improper installation. During installation the installer didn't sealed the gap with white cement. And the result is, we have to bear now.
                    I called so many times to customer care and said to solve my problem. But today they denied to fix it. They told me to do it with my own. They will not help us regarding this.
                    I am very much disappointed.

                      We have requested a Godrej Service Provider to send a technical person to service the refrigerator on 15th of June 2022. A Representative from RDV group (Authorized center) visited however though he changed a couple of spares (Raised bill worth 2300) he couldnt find solution to the problem. We again called after 2 days and same person visited and charged another 900 Rs changing some spare again. The problem is still continuing and they have no idea to find the fault. Everytime they believe in changing the spare and raising bills. This is not expected from Godrej. RDV service is pathetic

                        Service is pathetic. I raised a complaint on 14-05-22 about AIR CONDITIONER CARRIER 1.2T is not working. Till now it’s not resolved and when ever i called customer care i got same response that complaint will be resolved very soon.

                        Till now no assistance from CARRIER. They are looting the consumer and not provide the service which they have committed while giving selling the product.

                          AC generates a noise whenever it is switched on .. even tried switching it off and turning on again but the noise is pretty loud and annoying

                            Sir / Madam,
                            I got installed a Carrier AC at my residence 301, Steel Tower Housing Co-operative, Bengal Ambuja, City Centre, Durgapur-713216
                            Here are details of the product and its purchase:-
                            Dealers Name: M/S Universal Aircon, Durgapur-713213
                            Date of purchase: 19/10/2014
                            Model Number: Superia plus
                            Name of the Product: Carrier make 1.0 TR Inverter Split AC
                            Bill Number: UA/14-15/1916
                            This AC was being used occasionally as it had been installed in my guest room.
                            Error β€œE1” is showing when it is switched on for last 3-4 months.
                            I called Customer Care regarding this, thereafter 2 days a technician visited my house, took his service charges and returned back assuring fault would be communicated from service centre. After repeated chasing to Service Centre, it was declared that its PCB CARD was damaged which would be changed.
                            An amount of Rs. 4000/- was taken as advance for card replacement.
                            Thereafter no feedback /updates from service centre / Customer care side though I continued calling up them.
                            After repeated chase I was told that PCB CARD was not available with company & they would be repairing it & advance amount was forcefully refunded to me.
                            Now they started not picking/ disconnecting my phone calls. I used to receive wrong & misleading messages .
                            I continued calling almost every day. Every time they falsely assured that today my work would be done.
                            They have fitted back my old PCB card saying that nothing could be done. Neither card is being changed nor repaired. Now it seems as if I have made a mistake by purchasing carrier AC. I am too frustrated and mentally harassed. It is very unfortunate & disgusting that even after almost 3 months I am suffering like anything.
                            Please look into the matter & do the needful

                              I bought new carrier AC and after 2 weeks it stopped working giving E1 error.
                              Even after 3 weeks of complaining the issue is still not resolved. They keep closing the ticket. Please help.

                                I purchased carrier 1.5 TON window AC and got it installed from carrier representative on 22nd april. Later after installation A.C. was making loud noise. Installation person told me to logg a complaint in carrier customer care. I did that and a technician visited. He opened A.C. and said it is faulty and will not last for a month because compressor is hanging in the air. He asked me to replace A.C. I said ok. Later he said kuch aaya hu to kuch to kar ke jaunga. I said not to do anything but he bent copper piping and said anyway your A.C. dont have life. I have his audio. Then I complained about him but carrier is not writing complaint against him. Later one more technician visited on 23rd april and made a report that A.C. came in damaged condition. I called carrier customer care again and till then the are giving me new timelines just to get a call back from them for replacement. I already contacted them 20 times but almost no resolution and new timeline. Snd they never call back.

                                    In 2019, after rejecting many good brands like (TATA-VOLTAS-a company which never compromise on quality standards) I purchased Carrier brand windows Air Conditioner. For first 2 seasons it worked very well, it was providing chilling effect within few minutes. Now this March'2022 when we checked it was not providing cooling. We lodged complaint on Carrier customer care on 21.03.2022. After many requests/follow-ups, they sent technician after committed 48 hours servicing guarantee.
                                    Technicians checked and informed that GAS leaked. We told them the AC is only 2 seasons old. Technicians told us their official statement, "due to corrosive atmosphere, capillaries may get damaged".
                                    We informed them, it is Indirapuram (Ghaziabad) and we don't have sea-shore here, here we don't have corrosive atmosphere. Companies think/knows that customers are easy to make fool.
                                    They then checked and shown us, the AC side/hidden capillaries were damaged at 4 places (not single place). I have attached video also here with complaint.
                                    Capilaries (Carrier AC) are made of poor Copper quality which cann't withstand seasons effect. They are degrading the quality and increasing the prices. All my neighbors have ACs in their houses. A few of them have O'General, Napolean & Voltas. The neighbor who has O'General AC, is using it for last 8 years but never GAS leak problem happen. Voltas is also very rugged in terms of quality standards.
                                    They did Copper grazing (as per their company standards) at all 4 damaged locations and filled/charged the GAS in AC & gone.
                                    This is 17.04.2021 today, and after checking the performance of same AC after nearly 20-25 days, we are quite unhappy to state that it is not providing proper cooling. After this service of gas charging from CARRIER service center, we lost the performance of our CARRIER windows AC even. We waited/checked for many days but sorry to inform now it is not providing any cooling the way it used to provide earlier. It is still new for us, but owing to poor workmanship/quality used to manufacture it, it is not working proper. However it's compressor is running and consuming same Electricity as earlier.
                                    I would request CARRIER windows AC company owners/manufacturers to not cheat Indian consumers in terms of poor quality product. Please if possible use SS316 and raise the price. Later we have to suffer in terms of paying for GAS filling every year. What is the use of purchasing it for hefty amount of[protected]?
                                    Also, I advice customers to be vigilant. Can any-one answer my one question?
                                    All/most o[censored]s have cars with Air conditioners, did your car AC GAS leak-out that rapidly or capillaries/piping get damaged yearly?
                                    What difference are there? Car AC companies have ISO certifications & do they follow quality standards required for commitment to customers?

                                      I had booked for the preventive maintenance of my window ac on 23rd march 2022, but till today they have not paid a visit for the same. When i tried to check the status of my service request as on 5th of March 2022, the record has been deleted from the system.

                                        I have bought this carrier AC cyclojet split AC 3 years back. I bought AMC also last year as during visit the technician suggested to buy the AMC since the service will be free and fast. But to my dismay this year when the temperature has become unbearable I tried using the AC but it didnt work. Upon raising complaint they checked and confirmed the compressor is not working and would replace that. But till date its been 3 weeks no one has been of any help till now. Neither their customer executive are responding. I hope carrier customer service keeps up the brand name and provide me solution as fast as possible.
