Carrier Midea India — AC Cooling and Software issue

Hi Team, I purchased carrier AC it's just 2 months old and I am facing issues with cooling and software issue as AC starts even it's switched off from remote. I have placed complaints one month back and called multiple times initially they closed complaint without any visit. Then again placing complaint they send a technician who said there's gas problem and other person will come but now it's been almost 10 days we have called multiple times no one came to visit. We have registered complaint with name : Shivam Srivastava contact no : [protected]. Please look into this and get it resolved ASAP.
