Carrier Midea India — ac replacement as not working since installed
To the customer service team,
The day ac installed (15th may) when we tried to use our air conditioner, there was no cool air only the blower was working on this we called up customer service and raised a complaint and service center guy came to our place and checked the ac.
They told there is issue with pcb and asked to wait until new pcb comes. Even with new pcb it was not working. They told there is some fault in line of my home and took ac to their service center to check and found it is causing issue there as well. They told that they are raising replacement but i didn't receive my ac back until now. Its been more than one month ac has been taken away by service centre guys but till now replaced ac not came and installed.
We are suffering because of poor service being provided by midea and faulty products being sold. The summer is coming at its peak and the whole purpose of buying ac is looking like waste of money as there won't be use of it once summer is over. You guys can keep it with you and refund my money, i will go for some better trusted name.
Please be informed that if necessary action is not taken in 24 hours i am going to write to consumer court, national consumer helpline and every other forum on internet. Also the issue will be highlighted on every social media if its not resolved asap.
Note: invoice has been attached having all details of ac
