Carrier Midea India — Air conditioner 1 Ton | |
Bought 1 Ton AC on 1 and half Year ago. I have not used this A/C regulary since we are having another AC room (Other Brand). So weekly 2 to 3 days use to function this AC. One month ago, we identified that some water leakage around AC windows. We have informed the same to Carrier service center. Service person came and said that due to lack of gas issues occured. Now for refilling the GAS they are asking me to pay Rs. 3900 with tax. Actuallly New AC suppose to run minimum 3 years with out this problem. But in my case with in 1 and half year the problem occured. Service team unable to find the root cause and explain why its occured in stead of that they are asking me to pay Rs. 3900 which is completely cheating and am looted with Some damaged unit other wise the problem would not occur. Additionally So far 3 to 4 services completed by Carrier team but not identified this issues at any time. Was this information helpful? | |
