I purchased carrier ac model 18k estella window ac having sr no[protected] and model no gwrac018er020 on 16/04/2016. Within one year it has stopped cooling and when we contacted customer care and raised ac problems immediately they send the technician team to check out the problem. As soon as they visited they confirmed that the cooling coil need to be replaced as its defective one and in next 2-3 days they replaced the cooling coil but we havent unaware whether it was new one or repaired one but in next one year meant in 2018 again ac stopped cooling and we have contacted customer care for resolution and again they said your cooling coil is defected and asking for new cooling coil which costs around 6500. Please suggest what to do now and how come if a new part has been installed and with in one year it can be again defect one. How came it possible same issues arises after part replaced and i think they are making fool of customer and asking money
