I bought a carrier window air conditioner (model 18 k Estrella) recently and found on the day of installation that ac is not working properly and found serious defects/faults and requested the authorized technician not to install a defective piece but not agreed and installed it. I made a call to the dealer in this regard and requested to replace it but they denied and said that" you may contact customer care only." I sent a mail to customer care and requested to replace the window ac with a new one. But not agreed and sent the technicians who visited home on[protected] and did not resolve the issue and pressurized to put the signature on their job sheet and misbehaved also. Issues of ac were not resolved, so I made a complaint to customer care by email on[protected],[protected] and[protected] but no response has been received so far. it is to further say that a parts/ an attachment of the ac of the different model is provided in the box and also requested to be changed also.
I am very disappointed and fed up with bad services provided by the company of carrier ac despite serval complaints on e-mail. No action /response has been taken till date. I feel harassment due to their too poor service provided to me and further, no response received in spite of several emails whereas window ac is new and within the warranty period.
