It's been more than a month since then i am trying to get my issue resolved. I have logged many complaints in the past few days for refilling the gas in the ac, but none of them were properly acknowledged. All of them were closed without intimation. I didn't get a single call from the engineer, just got messages from carrier which says the service is done, and the ticket is closed.
I tried calling at customer care much time, but they didn't get a position either.
Here the most three latest request:

[protected] nobody came, and the ticket was closed without taking appropriate action.

All of them were fake tickets, without informing the customer.
Today i called in customer care to escalate the issue but still no luck. The whole day is gone, nobody came for the service, i was given a local service center numbers: +91-[protected] & +91-[protected], nobody picks call on these numbers, and most of the time it gets rejected by them. Such a careless team, and the teammate who really doesn't care about customers. Customer care executives are so rude; they don't even listen to you, just start punching their script.
Seriously, false assurance, such pathetic services by an mnc brand like carrier. I would not recommend anybody for carrier in the near future. If you cannot react appropriately, then why would you assure the customer that you would resolve their issue asap.
Please let me know if you cannot help, i would do it myself, and would not mind to escalate it to the consumer court.

I never expect this kind of services from such a big brand, your service engineers is giving just false commitments on daily basis to me fromast few days.
I will for sure never buy or recommend to anyone for carrier products.
Still hoping if some senior person can get into this issue and resolve my problems which I m facing from last 10 days.
