I bought a Carrier ester neo 1.5 ton inverter AC. After 2 days of working, i realized that they didn't install my ac properly and water is leaking from the indoor unit onto the wall and my floor is getting wet. I called customer care service for the same issue and was promised that i will get a cal back from technician within 24 hrs. After not getting call for 3 days i again called customer care, to my surprice i was told that my complaint got cancelled for some reason and again took my complaint as a fresh one with high priority. This process continued for 1 month. no one responds to my complaints. every time i call they say sorry for your inconvenience but they dont resolve my problem.
