Carrier Midea India — Faulty AC unit worst experience from carrier

I had purchased inverter ac one ton on 8 July 2019 from Moga Punjab it worked well till 2020 but when in April 2021 I turned the ac on it didn't provide cooling I lodged complain at customer care they send technician he said gas leaked automatically we paid for the gas refill after 3 months it again lost cooling again complained and technician said fault in indoor unit after so many calls technician take indoor unit to service center and after four days they installed we paid again and started the ac on the same day after 3 hours it again lost cooling no permanent solution has been done my family is daily suffering in heat. I never expected this kind of service and quality from the reputed company like carrier it was my first product from carrier I would never ever buy again and never again refer anyone to buy carrier products in future.
