[Resolved] Carrier Midea India — Replacement of Air Conditioner[protected] Hiren Savla

To the customer service team,
Saturday afternoon when we tried to use our air conditioner, there was no cool air only the blower was working on this we called up customer service and raised a complaint and someone came to our place and checked the AC. P.S - He did not have a safety belt and my compressor is on the 4th floor. and told us that there was no gas at all. He did not have any tools, nor the gas to put in the compressor, he told me someone would visit on Monday i.e. today however no one has contacted me up until now. Everytime someone has come have just done something temporary and the same problem persists again!!
It has been 8 months we have bought this AC which is for almost more than 30k and we have already complained 5 times, every time there was some or the other problem with the working condition of which gas leak was common for all 5 times.
This first of all is not acceptable at all as we have purchased this as a new product and not a used one and that too with cash and not free, while it is electronic once I understand could have some minor issue as there is some installation installed, however 5 freaking times is not acceptable.
I demand the AC to be replaced either with a new one or give me my complete cash back so that we can use AC of a better provider. The experience has been horrible and I demand the refund or exchange on immediate basis.
Please be informed I have written to Mr. Krishan Sachdeva and Mr Alok Kohli on this and if necessary action is not taken in 24 hours there will be repercussions!!
I am also writing to consumer court, National consumer helpline and every other forum on internet.
