Its been a year i purchased Split inveter AC and the experience has been no great so far. The AC works intermittently on AUTO MODE. somtime, the compressor does not turn on and some time it does. When the compressor is not turned on, the fan works and produce bad smell in the room. I am following up on the same issue from a year now and no proper resolution is been given. The product is now out of warranty and issue is not yet fixed. Now to fix the issue, i am calling up customer support and following up with local dealer with no luck and more over the services are now chargeable. This is ridiculous and you should shame on asking for service charge for the issue which was not fixed from day 1 of the product purchased. I am repenting on the decision to buy carrier AC where the after sale is way poor.
As per my conversation with customer care, i sent email a week back and i do not see any revert.
