Carrier Midea India — window ac 1.50 ton/cooling coil not covered under amc

After so many trail mails (attached), nobody is reverting on my reminders and nobody have approached me yet from last 03-Sep-2018,

I have a window AC 1.50 ton, and i have get done the AMC of my product, now its cooling coil gets defected and they people are refusing to change it,

I want the issue to be resolved by the concerned senior guys ASAP.
