New product bought from authorized dealer in noida (Kay dee electronics) in april 2017. Cooling function halted towards end of july 2017. Lodged a complaint on 18th august 2017 with serice helpline number of the company.
Not a single technician followed upon the service request for next 10 days. Received an sms that service request number is cancelled due to duplicate complaint. I never had any other sr number.
Lodged a fresh complaint on national service hotline with same problem, and no technician visit was scheduled for 1 week. As a customer i had to follow up again and again. Sr again gets cancelled as 2 different technicians came at different points saying they are not sure of the problem.
Emailed service helpdesk on 11-sep-2017 for "complete replacement of this product". Only received automated response, nothing else till date.
Called gzb service area manager, who reopened the ticket and sent a technician, who said he will replace the defective part with original part and it will be a 3 days wait.
It has been 8 days, i have not heard from carrier, or manager, or the technician...
Called up twice on different hotline numbers carrier[protected] ; midea[protected], but customer service executives keep saying they are sorry for inconvenience, and my complaint has been assigned high priority.
