I have purchased midea inverter ac in 2018.after 3 years I have compaint regarding cooling issue. service company without investigating problem. they charged the gas and they collect 3500 rs gas charging from me. within a 3 months se problem occurred. my ac warranty period is over I had again registered the compaint. now they started investigating the leakage and one day call me and they said your outdoor unit condenser coil is damage need to replace whole coil. after that I had call to customer care 4-5 times but they not answering properly and not registered compaint. and the price of coil is double than market price. midea sells faulty product to the customer and not provide the service. they just make money from customer.
