Cars 24 — Non Delivery of RC Transfer Services after collecting payment and Original documents

I sold my Honda amaze car KA01ML7360 at Bangalore through Cars24 in July 2026 .
For RC transfer buyer paid Rs 10003.54 to cars 24 services pvt ltd account through UPI transaction id[protected] dated 15 July 2026
Cars 24 detailed Mr Balaraj (email id: balarajt.[protected]@cars24.com and Mobile No:[protected]) for the RC transfer and he collected the original RC and related documents through their collection agent Mr Ravi. The receipt was acknowledged through WhatsApp by Mr Balaraj.
Although 2 months have passed, the work has not been accomplished by Cars 24 and Mr Balaraj’s phone is switched off. Checking with the relevant RTO website shows that the transfer application and documents have not been submitted till date,
All efforts to contact Cars 24 and resolve the issue have failed and the company is not responding.
