Cars 24 — RC Book Name Transfer

This is Karthikeyan.
I sold my car Toyota ETIOS bearing regn no TN18W0820 through CARS 24.
Till now the RC book name transfer is not done.
Insurance renewal updates, Toll crossing updates, and top of all, i am receiving selling opportunity updates from CARS 24 for the same car which i sold to them a year back.

Kindly do the needful.
