I sold my car up78fs3646 to cars 24 and got my payment. A nominal 10000 rs ammount is hold by cars 24 and as promised that ammount will be rrealesed after rc transfer process.
I got a call by cars 24 rep at 1530 for rc transfer as i was 500 km away from my hometown so ni denied for that day. They asked me to senld a vedio for no objection for rc transfer and i sent it.
After that they sent me a mail by deducting 3000 as service...

We express our disappointment in the ongoing delays in the ownership transfer process.

Despite the assurances provided, the extended timeframe of more 3-4 working weeks for issuing the undertaking is unacceptable to us. We have already experienced considerable inconvenience due to the delay Traffic Cops coming to our House Demanding to Pay Challans of Vehicle Wrongly Parked in different Areas which means the Car is not in your custody and its been used for some other purposes causing a serious concern as it could lead to other unincedental activities.

We demand a concrete plan with clear timelines for completing the ownership transfer process without further delay. We expect immediate action to rectify this situation and bring it to a swift and successful conclusion.

Should there be any further delays or complications, we will have no choice but to explore alternative courses of action to protect our interests.

This is not the Fist Instance I have highlighted, en number of emails has been sent before and false assurances have been provided by your team and it's is an very unethical and unprofessional behaviour.

I anshu Nigam from lucknow having a car loan from cars 24 number Up32HZ1064 .. I had a issue regarding the recovery agency which is situated at lda colony ashiyana awadh risk management pvt ltd .. all the lawyers in that agency are totally fraud wanting a unnecessary money from customer which is in the form of cash .. and harassing also please request you to do the need full.
Now car is repoed without any confirmation and without any legal documentation at that time & at that time am ready to pay the two emi

I have never seen worst type of services

I'm purchased a car from Cars 24 at 14.01.2022.
And we facing engine related and others issues after 20 days from date of purchasing this Car.
We raise problem and contact to Cars 24 Team at 6.02.2022 but still today 16.02.2022 problem not take seriously Cars 24. Even still not pick my car by providing date and time with conversation of Cars 24 Team.
We contact to Cars 24 daily basis. That please resolve my issue. But everyone tell me that after 24 or 48 hour. You cars will be picked up and your problem will be resolved.

But many 24 and 48 hour spends. Buy any solution not received.

I'm requesting to higher management if reched to you this problem. then please take some serious action.

I have purchased Maruti Suzuki Celerio on 5 of September 2021 and have came across with certain issues with respect to steering and silencer. i have been reaching out tou your officials through chat, through a call back request or through toll free no. from past 5 days but i have not get any call from you company. i'm more concerned for get my issues resolved at the earliest but i guess Cars 24 is more concerned with selling its cars and not helping customer with after sales services that too in the warranty itself.

still hoping to get a call back at the earliest.
