[Resolved]  Cars24.com — Great cheaters, never ever believe them...

Cars 24 has pathetic service. I got a car a month back not even 100 kilometers used the reverse gear is not working. when I'm trying to reach complaints department no revert and the relationship manager is so unprofessional he doesn't bother to pick your call . And cars 24 said money back guarantee now they are denying to read the claws. I suggest please dont buy from them, they mis sell and cheat you . You will be helpless. And more over there is no higher departments mail I'd to escalate.

I do totally agree with you.I was trying to sell my second hand car optra magnum with real market price shown on other websites and also after inquiring with local dealers. These guys (cars24) seemed to offer a decent price and their talks were so sweet about getting the car sold to them. i checked their website and found the car price offered reasonable and visited their vashi branch .But once you enter there things are different, they give you several excuses in order to reduce your car to peanut value. Since i was planning to leave mumbai in a hurry and no time in hand and slow response from other websites and dealers i decided to sell the car to these people which i totally regret now.I wouldn't suggest these people to anyone in my whole life.

They promised me once the NOC from concerned RTO is generated only will they handover the car to the purchaser which was a fake one.On day two after selling my car i saw an ad in carwale.com with my car pics quoting price very much higher than what these people offered me, when asked about this to the staff at vashi branch, Mr. Dibakar, he started talking as if nothing like that happened . I did indeed personally contact the dealer who purchased the car, who promised the car can be inspected at his place in Andheri. The ODemeter reading was tampered very highly, 85000 reading was shown as 38000.

People pls don't waste your valuable time and car .None of you had purchased it for peanuts then why sell it to these people for peanuts.

Car 24 are the greatest cheaters ever they called me and told me that we will give you the best price in the market and now they are telling that my car has met with major accident and they dont give evaluation for this car. They just cheat customers saying that this car has met with accident as if some customers dont know about cars they easily cheat them saying this kind of reasons

Cars24 are big cheaters...They quote 30 to 40% less than market price...They give you ### reasons to reduce the value of the car.
So please sell the car by yourself..It will take some time but will get a good value.
I sold my car and got 40% more than they quoted...

Not only that, all their sales executives are agents and Decoys of second hand car dealers... they will never respond to the direct buyer who offered a price on vehicles on their website... they simply Avoid the buyer with a pretext the seller is not responding... instead they provide leads of the sellers to brokers/ dealers who have their own used car business. Finally causing loss to both genuine buyers and sellers and profiting the brokers for some easy perks/ commission given by such brokers.

CAUTION - BEWARE OF CARS 24:
Cars 24 is a Scam that very few people are aware. They give you fake reasons to value your car at a very low price than the market price stating many reasons.. those people are trained in a way that they will convince you to accept that your car is of no value. Most of the time they don’t show you the inspection report.. I checked the report after the auction then found the report to be wrong in most of the aspects.. what I noticed was with the Battery where they mentioned it to be week, whereas I got a new battery 7 months ago.. this is where I realised something wrong with the report and checked it fully to find most of the report to be wrong .. using which they reduce the price of the car .. also they don’t open the auction to the buyers directly they open your auction only to dealers who quote a very low price get the car and sell it for 30-40% more in market.. don’t accept the price given by cars 24 wait they will call you again for the next 2-3 days and will increase the price at least 60-70k but still lesser than the market value.. Beware of Cars 24!!!

Poor response car 24, Delhi car 24 dealers named bhumika cheat person, she offer a rate and final deal thereafter she will not answering your call and another dealer called and give lower price, poor company poor staff
