Cars24 — Fake commitments, unprofessional way to communicate and payment issues

-17th of Oct - one of cars24 agent was called me to for purchase my car with 3.25L and he insure me to provide me payment provide me immediately. I already inform him i have a loan with amount of 1, 44, 200 Rupee still he told me not to worry payment will process on same day. in the meanwhile i already fixed the deal with cardekho still i hold them and visited cars24 to sell my car but more than 4 hrs was there but they are not able to process my payment then i told them if you guys are not able to pay then i don't want to sell my car with you guys...

(1st issue Fake Commitments)

And 2nd day i called customer care and cancel my deal with cars24. And i sold my car with cardekho.
After 10 days from cars24 deposit the loan amount in my loan account which is already closed by cardekho and the amount was 1, 44, 200

(2nd issue without my concern payment transfer in my closed account)

Immediately i called cars24 customer care for this concern why they deposit that amount in my loan account i already closed my deal with cars24 on 18th of Oct even i told them you can take back from my loan account because i am not able to access that account..
After 1 month one of agent Mr. Haresh called me for return the payment i told him you guys can talk with bank to rollback your amount then he told me you please support us to get that payment..
Then i visited my lCICI for refund that amount bank was told me provide us cars24 latter with account details i ask with you cars24 agent Mr haresh to provide me concern latter with account details he provide me but with wrong account details.

(3rd Issue provide me wrong details)

ICICI bank was try to transfer into that account but due to wrong details that amount was not transfer into that account then they transfer into my account on 1st Jan. i inform Mr Haresh that amount in my account but i am busy with my personal issues not able to transfer now it will take few days.
meanwhile one more agent was connected that person name is Anuj he trying to put pressure on me with legal threaten i clearly told him i will pay once i am free from my concern event i given the date as well its 27th of Jan.
then again one more person entered that person name is Arnav he called me but i was in meeting was not able to any take calls he called one of jodhpur agent to visit my home that person was start abusing language with my family members date is 28th of Jan

(4th issue when i am coordinating one of your agent then why you visited my home and used abusing language)

meanwhile i already scheduled the payment from my accountant but i don't know that account details was wrong which is shared on that latter by default by accountant transfer only 14, 420 he missed one zero thanks to god that account no is not exist otherwise i will lost that money
i shared with screen shot with anuj and told him it’s done in your given account he told me we didn't get your account after one day he realized they provides me wrong details.
then i told them i am out of town once i reach my office i will provide you bank statement if i got return i will transfer you again please provide me your account details on mail but he provides me account details on whatsapp..

(5th Issues if i ask him provide me via mail then why he provides me on whatsapp)

I was completely disconnected with my team i told him once i reach office i will provide you the payment because i need to check that amount is return or not..
Then Mr. Arnav find my account statement without my permeation it’s completely illegal

(6th issue who give him rights to access my account statements it my private entity)

Now they start bed languages which is not tolerate.
I need to take the legal action for harassments even i called cars24 customer care as will for this issue please take the action for my concern
